What Is DCAT?

"Doing Church As a Team Conference" is a leadership training program which started at New Hope Christian Fellowship Oahu in Hawaii.  People from around the world attend this annual conference held in Hawaii and in Japan.  DCAT - Doing Church As a Team Conference not only helps the growth of church leaders, but is supporting believers so that each of them may live a Christ-centered life at their home and workplace.

New Hope Christian Fellowship Oahu was started by Pastor Wayne Cordeiro, and soon grew to become a place where more than 15000 people gather together.  Through Pastor Wayne Cordeiro's vision of doing church as a team -making each and every believers recognize that they are full-time ministers in God's plan, different types of gifts are being used, the gospel is being delivered in creative ways and many lives are being touched.
